Following a merger with another entity, the automotive maintenance specialist FirstStop adopted DigDash to consolidate the data of the two groups and effectively manage its retail activity.
Responsible for FirstStop’s IT business intelligence system, Damien THOMAS discusses the implementation of this Business Intelligence tool and the need to have reliable indicators.

Speak a common language

The merger of Firststop with Métifiot, a large network of automotive service agencies, has raised the need for a BI solution within the group. Objective: to allow the two entities to collect their figures and speak a common language, to optimize the management of the new group.

DigDash: a fluid and very customizable solution

After comparing several Business Intelligence solutions, Firststop chose to adopt DigDash, which met all of its needs and stood out for its fluidity, but also its possibilities for customization.
A “self-service” aspect allowing all user profiles to access their key indicators: essential for effectively managing a retail activity like that of FirstStop.
