The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of DigDash’s services, as well as visitors to the website www.digdash.com, about how their personal data is collected, processed, and used.

Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to two distinct contexts:

  1. The Website (digdash.com): Applies to visitors.
  2. DigDash Services: This pertains to the use of various DigDash solutions by our customers and prospects. For this data processing, DigDash acts as a data processor on the Customer’s instructions.

Data is collected directly from users. Required fields are marked with an asterisk on the data collection forms. If these fields are left blank, the service associated with this data collection may not be provided.

Users are informed of the processing of their data at the time of registration and have the right to object to such processing at a later date, subject to the provisions of applicable regulations, in particular Articles 17 and 21 of the GDPR, with regard to data processing justified by a legitimate interest.

Shelf Life

Retention periods are established to ensure compliance with the principle of proportionality:

  • Customers: 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship (legal and accounting records).
  • Prospects: 3 years from the date of data collection or your last contact with them.
  • Candidates: 2 years after the last contact with the recruitment department.
  • POC Phases: Complete and irreversible deletion within 30 days after the end of the test.
  • Statistical Cookies (Google Analytics): Up to 13 months.
  • Inspection Reports & Log Forms: 25 months.

Data Flow

DigDash is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the data it collects and to implementing all appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard its security and integrity, particularly against accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or unauthorized access.

The data is intended exclusively for authorized internal departments at DigDash. It may be made available to our technical service providers (subcontractors) strictly within the scope of their assignments. In the event of a transfer outside the EU, DigDash undertakes to use the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and Trackers

A “cookie” is a small text file stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit our website. DigDash uses various types of cookies to operate the site, analyze traffic, and provide you with tailored content.
