General Directorate of Health | Monitoring Water Quality Using Business Intelligence

Interviewed

Salima HOCINI

Function

Project Manager in the Digital Division (DNUM)

Within the General Directorate of Health (DGS), the Office of Water Quality is responsible for protecting public health in relation to the various uses of water: tap water, bottled water, thermal water, etc.

To fulfill its mission, the Office relies on a health and environmental information system that enables the management of health monitoring, the analysis of data at various geographic levels, and compliance with regulatory requirements…

However, faced with a need to modernize and simplify this IS, the integration of a Business Intelligence solution quickly became essential.

The Deployment of DigDash Enterprise

The General Directorate of Health then turned to DigDash to evolve its information system toward self-service, data discovery, data visualization, and, in the longer term, predictive BI .

Nadège MAVOKA-ISANA, Project Manager at the General Directorate of Health (DGS), and Salima HOCINI, Project Manager at the Digital Directorate (DNUM), discuss the implementation of the project.
