{"id":5002,"date":"2019-08-01T17:07:55","date_gmt":"2019-08-01T15:07:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.digdash.com\/?post_type=clients&#038;p=5002"},"modified":"2026-09-11T14:52:18","modified_gmt":"2026-09-11T12:52:18","slug":"ministry-of-education-testimony","status":"publish","type":"clients","link":"https:\/\/www.digdash.com\/en\/customers\/ministry-of-education-testimony\/","title":{"rendered":"The Department of Education | Monitoring of Operational Processes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nearly two years ago, the Ministry of National Education acquired a new software suite for <strong><span style=\"color: #069394;\">quality monitoring of operational processes.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong> Since the existing system did not offer an integrated reporting system, the teams then began searching for an <strong>analytical dashboard tool that could be integrated into the software suite.<br \/>\n<\/strong> But the challenges are numerous.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beyond meeting performance expectations, the dashboard solution must address the challenge of adoption within teams: it must <strong>engage non-expert users<\/strong> and<strong> inspire<\/strong> them to create their own dashboards, in order to boost communication and the flow of information to management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In other words: <strong><span style=\"color: #069394;\">democratize BI within teams<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>&#8220;Thanks to DigDash, we&#8217;ve managed to balance performance and user adoption.&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to Anny Lavanant, national project manager for IT service governance and operations, the DigDash Enterprise solution stood out based on several criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>its <strong>performance<\/strong>, which is essential for accurately tracking the progress and efficiency of processes<\/li>\n<li>its attractive <strong>design<\/strong> and ease of use<\/li>\n<li>its many<strong> features<\/strong> (drill-down, big-picture view, exploration, etc.) that allow users to navigate from the big picture down to the details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But what made the difference was the fact that the <strong>platform can be integrated into the quality tracking software suite.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Today, users no longer distinguish between the two tools, and the quality of the reporting has even led to greater buy-in from teams regarding the use of the software suite.
