In fact, we quickly realized that with DigDash, we could find answers to our questions\u2014and also establish a genuine partnership with them, which isn\u2019t always the case with large software vendors. <\/p>\n
“Finally, license management is very simple: there are several types of user licenses. Eventually, we want to share our dashboards with our 450 employees. So it\u2019s helpful to have licenses that can be tailored to our needs.”<\/p>\n

\u201cThe rollout of DigDash was very quick and straightforward. We were able to migrate our old databases and dashboards without a hitch. In addition, we received on-site training for all relevant departments. The application integrates easily into our IT system, and the connection to the ERP is a real advantage. In fact, the dashboards are accessible directly through the ERP.\u201d <\/p>\n
It\u2019s much easier for users to get started than with our old tool. Business units now have greater visibility into operations, allowing them to take their analyses a step further. They now have access to information they didn\u2019t even realize they needed. Today, we have several dozen users of the solution: every department uses it, from production to procurement. This allows them to monitor highly strategic metrics, such as raw material and transportation costs, inventory levels, and the quantities shipped by country\u2026 <\/p>\n
“Ultimately, we would like to involve our employees more in management. We plan to do this by giving them access to simplified dashboards. This will allow them to monitor the group\u2019s operations and understand the direction of the business.
