The Departmental Office for People with Disabilities (MDPH) is a public interest group whose mission is to support people with disabilities and assess their needs and rights; there are 104 MDPHs located throughout the country.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9va RADAKICHENIN<\/b>, director of the MDPH R\u00e9union, discusses the implementation of a business management tool with DigDash, in collaboration with its integrator, SAGIS.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gain insight into business operations<\/b><\/h2>\n

Handling hundreds of requests per week and experiencing an increase in business, the MDPH in R\u00e9union was faced with a <\/span>complete lack of visibility<\/b> into its data. <\/span> <\/p>\n

Struggling to develop reliable metrics and set goals, the organization decided to adopt a business management tool. SAGIS, a systems integrator with which the MDPH had maintained a partnership for several years, then <\/span>recommended DigDash Enterprise<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

With DigDash, the MDPH in R\u00e9union now has a real-time snapshot of its operations, with <\/span>data updated daily<\/b>. The ability to create interactive filters and reports allows the agency to greatly simplify the day-to-day management of cases.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ergonomic and accessible<\/b>, the platform quickly became a staple for teams, from handling requests to evaluating them, and including activity management by department heads.<\/span><\/p>\n
